What is Pulse Width Technology?
Heat generation is a significant limiter of LED performance and lifespan. Vision X’s Prime Drive technology extends the LED’s potential by flashing the LED at a rate much faster than the human eye can detect (this rate is known as the ‘duty cycle’).
This process is known as Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and reduces the time that the light is in operation and the heat that is produced whilst still delivering 100% light output.
The end result is LED lighting delivering overclocked performance, longer lifespan and a lower current draw.
